- GET /api/ping — Health check, returns pong.
- GET /api/domains — Paginated list of domains. Params: limit, page, status, tld, search.
- GET /api/stats — Aggregate stats (active, total, unique TLDs).
- GET /api/tlds — TLD breakdown with counts.
- GET /api/nameservers — Authoritative nameservers, active clusters (Ternis, example-dns & European fleet), and IP mapping.
- GET /api/whois — WHOIS lookup record for any domain. Params: domain (e.g. /api/whois?domain=dnbx.de or /api/whois/dnbx.de).

All API responses are JSON. No authentication required. No write endpoints.
